Build Your Own Kefir Smoothie Bowl Board

Ingredients:

Vanilla Kefir Bowl Base: – 3 bananas, frozen – 1 cup Real California cottage cheese – 1 cup Real California plain or vanilla kefir or drinkable yogurt – 1/2 cup oats – 1 to 2 tablespoons chia seeds or protein powder, optional – 1 tablespoon vanilla extract (if not using vanilla kefir) – Maple syrup or other sweetener to taste – 1 to 2 cups toppings (see list of toppings shown) Berry Blast Kefir Bowl Base: – 3 cups blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries (hulled and halved, quartered, or sliced), or a combination, frozen – 1 cup Real California cottage cheese – 1 cup Real California blueberry, strawberry, or raspberry kefir or drinkable yogurt – 1/2 cup oats – 1 to 2 tablespoons chia seeds or protein powder, optional – Honey or other sweetener to taste – 1 to 2 cups toppings (see list of toppings shown) Toppings (as shown): – Apple slices, orange segments, kiwi slices, blueberries (fresh), raspberries, pomegranate arils, banana slices, strawberry segments, raspberries (freeze dried), blueberries (freeze dried), raspberries (freeze dried), dried coconut shavings, dried banana chips, rolled oats, almond butter, corn flakes, shredded carrots, chopped basil, avocado slices, radish slices, fresh mint, chopped spinach, macha powder, cocoa, turmeric, sesame seeds, cinnamon, pistachios, walnuts, sliced almonds, honey, cocoa nibs and chia seeds :Smoothie Bowl, Smoothie, Kefir Bowl, Frozen Drink, Blueberries, Banana, Strawberries, Raspberries, Blackberries, Vanilla

Directions:

Prep time for each: 8 minutes

Arrange base smoothie bowls on counter/board with toppings and allow guests to build their own.

Vanilla Kefir Bowl Base:

In the jar of a blender, combine bananas, cottage cheese, kefir, oats, chia seeds, if using, and vanilla, if using; blend until smooth. Add maple syrup to taste.

Divide mixture between 2 serving bowls and add toppings. Serves 2.


Berry Blast Kefir Bowl Base:

In the jar of a blender, combine berries, cottage cheese, kefir, oats, and chia seeds, if using; blend until smooth. Add honey to taste.

Divide mixture between 2 serving bowls and add toppings. Serves 2.
