Blissed-Out Blueberry Cardamom Yogurt

Ingredients:

– 32oz Real California plain, whole milk yogurt – 1-pint fresh blueberries cooked (see recipe below) – 1-pint fresh blueberries to mix in finished yogurt – 1 tablespoon ground cardamom – 2 tablespoons agave nectar

Directions:

To make blueberry mixture, combine 1-pint blueberries with 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar and 1 tablespoon of water in a saucepan and cook on medium heat until berries burst (about 2-3 mins) and liquid is syrupy, then let cool. Add mixture to yogurt along with fresh berries, cardamom and agave. Mix to combine.

If you would like it sweeter, add more agave syrup; if you would like it more tart, use less agave syrup.
