Best Coast Orange Lavender Butter

Ingredients:
– ¾ cup wild honey
– ¼ cup water
– 1 tablespoon dried lavender blossoms
– Zest of 1 blood orange
– 1-pound Real California butter

Directions:
In a heavy saucepan over medium-high heat, combine honey, orange zest, water, and lavender. Bring to a boil, stirring until the sugar dissolves completely. Turn heat down to low and let syrup simmer about 4 minutes. Strain into a small container and let cool slightly. Melt butter and combine.
